NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

September 16, 2019

Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Commissioners Court of Harris

County, Texas will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 1:00 pm, in the Courtroom of the

Commissioners Court of Harris County, Texas, on the ninth floor of the Harris County

Administration Building, 1001 Preston Street, Houston, Texas, for the purpose of conducting the

first Public Hearing for the proposed 2019 tax rates for Harris County, Harris County Flood

Control District, and the Harris County Hospital District, dba Harris Health System in

accordance with Texas Property Tax Code Section 26.06. The second Public Hearing has been

set for September 24, 2019. The court will adopt the final schedule of rates on October 8, 2019.
