Portishead Christmas lights are without a doubt the talk of the town this month. What a fabulous display and all thanks to the hard work and effort of volunteers and the support from the local community.
Since we last published there have been lots of positive things happening in the town. Portishead saw plenty of Halloween parties and firework displays. Radio Dynamic, the community radio station run by young people in the town, successfully completed its 20th broadcast and the Lions Club of Portishead handed over a new kitchen to Portishead Scouts.
The Grand Ball, organised by Portishead Lifeboat to raise
funds towards a new boat, was a complete sell out and a huge success and former chairman of Portishead in Bloom, Gordon Randall, was awarded the John Dawes Cup for his services to the community.Portishead has an action packed December with forthcoming events ranging from Christmas fairs and parties to pantomimes and nativities. In the run up to Christmas many of our shops are staying open later, especially on Thursdays and some of the High Street shops, which usually close on
Lastly, try to stay stress free as Christmas approaches and actually enjoy the festive season.

Sheepway Meats is based at Shipway Gate Farm, the last working farm along Sheepway on the outskirts of Portishead.
Your Local Butcher
The farm has been in the Crossman family for more than 150 years.Joanna Crossman saw a need for a butcher’s shop in the community in 2007, after one by one, the independent butcher’s shops in the town closed down. Selling home produced meats, the Crossman’s rear traditional breeds and in the shop they sell pork, lamb and beef, free range chickens, ducks and eggs. They also make their own sausages, burgers and faggots and are currently searching for ideas for new flavours for their sausages. These currently range from pork and leek to beef and Guinness, but they are open to ideas from their customers.
The shop has four members of staff - two butchers, both named John, Jan who makes the sausages and Jo who is responsible for the day to day running of the business. You are guaranteed a warm welcome, a laugh and a joke and great customer service at Sheepway Meats. However, perhaps more importantly members of the team have a wealth of knowledge about the produce they are selling you from the rearing of the animals to how to best cook your cut of meat.

Run by Dave Mortimore, The Outlet at 82-84 High Street, is a real Aladdin’s Cave. Not only is it packed from wall to wall with everything under the sun, but it also displays boxes of goods outside on the private forecourt across the shop front. At this time of year, in addition to the range of household goods, novelties and gifts, the shop is full of seasonal goods ranging from wrap, tags and cards to decorations, stocking fillers and a large range of hats, scarves, dock and gloves. There is also a range of batteries from those needed for clocks and torches to specialist batteries for watches, cameras and even cookers. The Outlet is also known for its extensive range of fireworks which are popular for New Year celebrations.Throughout December Dave is in daily contact with his suppliers so if you are looking for something in particular he may be able to source it for you, it’s certainly worth asking.Sunday opening is nothing new to The Outlet, this bargain shop has always opened on Sundays throughout December.
The Outlet
Everything Portishead is committed to supporting the shop locally campaign and each month we aim to highlight many of the traders we have in Portishead. We want to remind our readers what great goods and services our local retailers have to offer and how important it is for us all to use the businesses we have right on our doorstep.
Portishead in BloomEvery month we choose a charity, community group or good cause to donate 5% of our profits to, with a minimum of £100. This month we have chosen Portishead in Bloom.
Portishead in Bloom is a group that works hard to keep Portishead looking florally attractive throughout the year. Volunteers tend flower beds, gardens, tubs and baskets across town and spend hours every month weeding, pruning and planting.Since Portishead in Bloom started in 1996 it has brought about many improvements to the town which include the Welcome to Portishead roundabout, the replanting of Rodmoor Road flower garden, organising open gardens weekends and much, much more.
Portishead has entered the South West in Bloom competition for the last 15 years, winning some prestigious awards. This year the town was awarded a Gold in the South West regional finals for the third consecutive year and it also won a Silver Gilt in the national finals.A very worthy cause we feel.

To get to this month’s walk head along Clevedon Road from Portishead towards Clevedon. Turn into Valley Road, heading for the Police Headquarters and Old Quarry. After passing the recycling centre, park in the lay-by on the left and you will see the entrance to Weston Big Wood on the opposite side of the road.
Weston Big Wood is a wildlife rich woodland and evidence of mans historical activities are present. Wander around and marvel at the carvings on the pillars guiding you through this fantastic woodland.Visit www.avonwildlifetrust.org.uk/reserves/weston_big_wood for more information and a virtual tour. This woodland is one of Avon Wildlife Trusts top ten nature reserves so a walk not to be missed!
You will find lots of wildlife here, including birds like woodpeckers, nuthatch and tawny owls.I’m told the wood is at its best in the springtime when it is covered with violets and masses of bluebells.

About Portishead
Rodmoor Rose Garden By Annette Hennessy
The Lake Grounds is described as the jewel in Portishead’s crown and Rodmoor Rose Garden lying to the southern end is undoubtedly one of its shining gems. Bill Phillips, an employee of Portishead Urban District Council, was head groundsman in the 1950s and helped dig out the land for the rose garden taking a great deal of pride in his work. After a plea to Mr W Knowles, Chairman of the Lake Grounds Committee, Bill won agreement to obtain an additional eighty-four rose trees to provide varying colour to those already growing in the garden.
Bill and wife Rosina’s family home was Battery Cottage near Eastwood before moving to Station Road. This flat-roofed cottage on Battery Point was reported to be the original officers’ quarters for the gun detachment. Mr Phillips’ son Derek recalls that the structure was cold, shock proof and had incredible brickwork which made drilling holes very difficult. Derek, good friend of well known Posset resident Brian Stonestreet, occasionally returns to Portishead and before visiting the rose garden, he enjoys standing on the concrete slab on Battery Point which is all that remains visible of his now buried home.
After fears that the rose garden was to lose its signature flowers, it’s a delight to see it still flourishing today with new blooms releasing a glorious fragrance reminiscent of the original roses. Portishead in Bloom’s dedicated work means that the loving care Mr Phillips showered on his roses continues, ensuring this floral treasure thrives for all enjoy.

Geoff Smith
This month we talked to Geoff Smith, one of Portishead’s longest serving Christmas lights volunteers.
As a boy Geoff, now in his 50s, helped his father Phil, the owner of Bullough Bros. electrical shop in the High Street to prepare for the Christmas lights switch on in the town. In those days, Geoff explains, the council funded the lights and council workers put them up with the help of members of the community. As a young lad he started off just getting all the things out of boxes and counting light bulbs. The electricity supply for the lights came from his dad’s shop so he says getting involved went without saying. As Geoff got older he took on more responsibility and tested the bulbs before they were put up, then
a year or two later and moved on to actually climbing the scaffold towers and hanging the lights. “I’m very proud to be part of something which brings so much pleasure to the residents of Portishead and everyone who visits.” said Geoff. “My dad did it until he was well into his 70’s, so it’s a family tradition and I plan to carry on as long as I am able.”Geoff, like many others who help, says the lights are really important to him because he feels it pulls the town together and gives a sense of community.

Child’s Play
Portishead has a wealth of facilities for young children ranging from baby cafes to mother and toddler groups. Each month we investigate one or more of these groups.
Baby Cafe
Café Mamma
Soft Play
A baby café run in partnership with the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) is open at the Children’s Centre at West Hill on Friday mornings. It provides drop in sessions for mums, dads and babies under one year between 10-11.30am.
Community group MAMMA has been supporting breastfeeding mothers in Portishead for several years. Café MAMMA is open on Tuesday mornings from 10am and gives mums the opportunity to meet new friends and share experiences. As the group grows, new peer supporters are being trained by community midwives to ensure the level of support continues to meet the growing needs of the mums. The group offers encouragement, advice and also has a helpline run by volunteers.
During term time Portishead Youth Centre in Harbour Road runs a busy daytime programme aimed at toddlers and pre-school children. Soft play sessions run from 9.30am to 12 noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays it’s Sticky Fingers when the focus is on art and crafts and Thursday morning is a general toddlers play session. There is no need to book an appointment, you can just turn up and have fun! Prices are £3 for the first child and £1 for each additional child. Under 1’s go free of charge.Tea and coffee is available for the parents and free soft drinks and biscuits are available for the little ones. For more information call the centre on 842461

Following the arrival of their latest equipment at the Fitness Hub, Jayne Leaker tells us about their Spin Bike classes.
Imagine a whole bunch of cyclists on exercise bikes lined up inside a fitness studio. Music fills the air as pedals spin at a rapid pace and the instructor calls out commands
from the lead bike.“Climb out of the saddle and
get ready, there’s a big hill coming!”The riders rise as one, pedals spinning faster as they grimace with exertion, sweat dripping off
their bodies. This is a spinning class near you!
A workout option that allows you to train in the offseason, without even putting your helmet on. Spinning is a relatively recent phenomenon, where participants engage in a group workout on exercise bikes lasting from between 30-75 minutes. The classes are lead by an instructor who guides participants through a series of phases, from warm-up to more challenging phases, to a period of peak effort followed by a cool down. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedalling as easy or difficult as you choose, so how vigorous the workout becomes is down to you. However, with an instructor encouraging and motivating you, you are likely to push yourself and find spinning to be a strenuous workout. It’s a great and fun way to stay in shape, especially at this time of year, when it’s not so easy to get outside on your bike.

Yoga is more popular today than ever before and it is easy to see why. It’s not about tying your body into knots, standing on your head for hours on end or staring endlessly at the end of your nose! Yoga can make a real difference to the quality of our lives, health, and peace of mind. The simplest postures practiced regularly with the right kind of attitude can have beneficial results. Through safe and effective movement techniques, yoga can provide you with increased flexibility, strength, stamina and fitness. By using breathing and relaxation techniques, yoga can also help you to de-stress and enhance your emotional balance so you feel more prepared to take on all that life can throw at you.
To help take some of the stress out of Christmas, the Really Useful Yoga Club is running a workshop on Sunday 12th December at Redcliffe Bay Hall between 2pm and 5pm. It will be suitable for everyone. To find out more about this and her regular yoga classes contact Suzi on01275 846831.

The party season has already begun, Christmas is staring us in the face and there’s a frantic rush to buy presents and stock our cupboards with enough food to feed the 5,000. But despite this being one of the busiest times of the year, and possibly a time when we abuse our bodies most with over indulgence, we want to look and feel our best.
Planning is the key and making lists at this time of year is essential. Plan the month carefully so that you’re not left with a last minute rush of too much to do and not enough time to do it in. Write down your countdown to Christmas and make sure you allocate time for yourself. Call on the professionals to help you look and feel your best, take advice on time saving haircuts, beauty treatments and fitness regimes. With careful planning you can still take good care of yourself, even if you have less time to fit everything in.
Portishead has a wealth of experts to help you from nutritionists to beauty therapists and fitness instructors to life coaches.Whether it’s the simple things like the Jessica nail gel (right) which can last for weeks without chipping or the ‘lose three dress sizes in ten minutes’ corset, as featured on page 30, there are lots of ways to make sure you look your best this party season.Start planning!

Victorian Evening
The Victorian Evening continues to be an annual event in the town. This year it’s on Friday December 10. From Combe Road to Roath Road, High Street will be closed to traffic from 6.30pm to allow stalls, sideshows and street entertainers to take over the centre of the town.
Many of the shops stay open late and everyone is invited to dress in Victorian costume. Stalls range from community groups promoting their cause to art and crafts, coconut shies and hoopla. You will see entertainment ranging from the Salvation Army Band to street dancing teenagers. In recent years, bigger fairground rides crept in to the event but
the community objected when the event became over commercialised and so in 2008 it returned to its roots. The large, noisy rides have been removed and replaced with the more traditional rides, like swing boats and small children’s roundabouts,
all which are run at reduced rates for this event.Shop keepers, stall holders, rides and sideshows all make significant contributions to the lights so we hope you will too by going along to enjoy the fun.

Portishead Victorian Evening is one of the main fundraising activities for the town’s Christmas Lights. It started in the 1970s as a few stalls in the White Lion car park, run by volunteers dressed in period costume in support of the lights and marking the beginning of the festive season.

A dog is for life, not just for Christmas.

“Please think about this before considering taking on a puppy not just at Christmas but at any time of year” says Jo Clarke ofGo Fetch It dog training.
Lavish Pets provides a dog walking service for the BS20 area. Owner Tim Willis says he and his partner get to know all dogs and their owners well, enabling them to provide the best levels of customer service. He added: “We have dogs and a cat of our own so we fully understand the concerns people have about trusting someone to look after their beloved pets. We treat all pets in our care as we would treat our own.”
Jo is an animal lover, a fully qualified dog trainer and dog behavioural counsellor.“Despite everyone knowing this familiar saying, people continue to buy pets as gifts at this time of year and this can be a recipe for disaster.” She says. “Even if you have thought the idea through thoroughly and still feel you are ready to make this huge commitment, Christmas is not the ideal time to buy a new pet as it can be a very chaotic and noisy time of year.”Jo’s advice to anyone considering buying a dog is to research the many different dog breeds thoroughly and seek professional advice in finding the right dog for you and your lifestyle. At Go Fetch It Jo offers one to one or group training covering anything from initial puppy socialisation and training through to the Kennel Club Good Citizen dog awards. Other activities include fun agility, group training walks and even trick training.Find out more about Go Fetch It by visiting www.gofetchit.co.uk or call Jo ACFBA MGoDT on 01275 399091.
Typical services Lavish Pets offers include a one hour walk, with free collection and drop off, from £10 and a half hour feed, fuss and toilet break visit from £6.50Tim says they are happy to offer bespoke packages that will best meet the customers’ needs, so if you would like to find out more call him on 848376 mobile 07843611098 orby e-mail to tim.wills@lavish-pets.co.uk.

Pet’s Corner
This month the team at Vale Vets answers a question about pet passports
I am going to France in July and would really like to take my dog with me. I understand there is a Pet Passport scheme that would help us avoid quarantine upon our return to UK?
Pets entering the UK without a valid pet passport are required to spend up to six months in quarantine. However a pet passport, available from your vet if you meet the set criteria, allows you to avoid this. You need to allow at least six months from the issue of your pet’s passports to the date you will want to return to the UK.
Your dog MUST be microchipped before you begin. Then to start the passport process your dog will need a rabies vaccination. They will also check that the microchip is reading.
Approximately three weeks after the vaccination, your dog will need a blood test to ensure antibodies are at high enough levels. If they are, your dog will be issued with a passport.
The passport allows your pet to travel to countries that accept the ‘Pet Passport Scheme’ but remember, it cannot return to the UK until six months from the date the passport was issued.More information can be found on the DEFRA website www.defra.gov.uk
Enjoy your holiday with your pet!

Just in time to help you with your Christmas shopping a new shop has opened in Portishead High Street. Portishead mum Lisa Harvey has opened Flutterbies in the Old Bakery at 42a High Street, just up from Glad Rags and Bennett’s Barbers. The shop sells an extensive range of children’s books ranging from picture books for babies, through to books to keep the teenagers happy. In addition to the books, Flutterbies stocks a range of gifts, wooden toys and jewellery.Lisa is looking forward to serving the Portishead community sand says she wants people to feel comfortable to browse. She said: “I want people to come in and look around without feeling obliged to buy something. If they come in to be nosy, that’s fine by me at least they will know what we sell and will hopefully come back when they need something.”
There’s no reason to be lonely this Christmas. Two Portishead ladies invite people over 50 who want to share friendship and a social calendar to get in touch. This is not a dating agency, it’s not just for single people and it’s not specifically for people looking for a relationship. It’s just a group of friends who want others to join them for nights out, trips to the theatre, walks etc. To find out more call Tess on 07767073091 or Geraldine on 07756450288.

Education
This is a quote from Toru Kumon, who created the Kumon method of learning, and he said that every child has almost limitless potential, given the right support and conditions. Many parents with concerns about their child’s progress at school have turned to Kumon. Not only do the Kumon programmes develop the core maths and English skills, but also, the strong study skills which are required for academic success. Students begin at a level they
are comfortable with and by completing easier work in the initial stages, they will achieve from the start, building confidence from a solid foundation. Every new assignment is slightly more challenging than the last, and through directed study, students learn to master each topic before they move on to the next. This not only builds a growing sense of achievement, but enables them to tackle more challenging work with confidence.
Maths and English Study ProgrammesKumon can help your child progress with their maths and English studies, boost their confidence and help them shine.
Kumon programmes: work at a pace tailored to your child’s needs develop invaluable study habits and concentration establish a solid foundation for academic success complement the school curriculum
Every day Kumon helps children of all ages and abilities to realise their true potential. With over 600 centres nationwide, it’s convenient too.

LOCAL STORY
The PORTiSheAd STORY
Patrick explains:“I have always loved history and I have always been interested in natural beauty. From a very early age I explored old parts of the town I grew up in and enjoyed showing people special places I had found and telling them about the history.”After graduating Patrick spent years working in heritage but has now settled in Portishead to launch his dream business. He continues:“My aim is to share research, interest and information with as many people as possible, giving information about special places.” The Portishead Story is a specially created guided audio tour of all the special places of interest in Portishead. You are provided with a map, audio tour, photos and music for the four mile experience, which can be completed in around two hours if you decide to do it all in one go, but can easily split in to shorter sections.Patrick has a passion for protecting places of beauty and for each tour downloaded, 10% percent will be donated to a conservation project in the area the tour covers.Local Story also looks to work with local photographers, musicians and historians to help put together future Local Stories, from which royalties will be paid to successful contributors.Local Story will be in Portishead High Street for the Victorian Fayre on December 10th but meanwhile if you want to find out more visit www.local-story.co.uk or contact Patrick on 01275 818091 or mobile 07872 574335.

Decide what type you want, Norway 1. Spruces are the traditional Christmas tree, Nordmans, Fraser Firs, Nobles and Blue Spruces are varieties which are known to hold their needles much better (but are more expensive to buy)Measure where the tree is going to go, 2. including its width!A good healthy tree should have fresh 3. looking and flexible needles and when tapped only a few fresh green needles should fall (it is normal for some older inner needles to drop).Ask the retailer when and where the 4. tree was cut from. Obviously the longer it has been cut the more chance it will not be as fresh. British trees tend to be cut later due to distance to travel.Any tree you buy should be out of its 5. net so you can see what you’re getting. Then the supplier can net it for you.If possible have a water retaining 6. stand. Cut off a couple of cm from the base and this will help the tree absorb water. They are just like cut flowers and will continue to take up water, always make sure the base is covered. To help prevent drying out, try and 7. keep tree away from radiators and other heat sources.
In December there is a very important issue of buying the family Christmas tree to consider.

OUT NOW
Gardening in December is probably the last thing on most people’s mind, and if you have kept your garden up together throughout the year it is one month where you can take it a bit easier.
By: Chris Baker. Brackenwood Plant & Garden Centre, Abbots Leigh
However if you are determined to get out there, there are still a few jobs you could be getting on with.December is a good time to plant that hedge you have always wanted or shrubs or trees. You can always get rid of your old roses now and replace with new ones. But if you are going to do this get them in now before heavy frosts set or snowfalls and the soil freezes. Generally any plants and trees that are on display outside at a Garden Centre are okay to plant now, but always check with a member of their staff. As in last month’s article keep an eye on your winter protection for tender plants and top up any mulch that may have been washed away/broken down by heavy rains. At this time of year especially with hard frosts and snow don’t forget to look after the birds in your garden. Keep feeders topped up and provide fresh water.

Motoring by Mark Scales and Mick Brown.
The Renault Clio has been around since the early 90’s and with various models, styles and facelifts, has always been a popular small hatchback.
The newest model is no exception and with 44 different versions with prices ranging from around 11k to 18k there is a Clio for just about everyone. As well as the 3 door and 5 door the Clio also comes as a sports tourer with a boot capacity of over 430 litres and a sliding floor for easy loading. There are 5 engines to choose from, starting with the 75hp 1.2 and the 100hp turbocharged 1.2. The 1.5vvt which can have a manual 6 speed or a proactive automatic gearbox, and the 1.5dci diesel engines with the option of 86hp or a 6speed 106hp.For the younger driver, there is also a sporty looking Clio ‘S’, with white 16” alloys, a white front bumper insert and rear spoiler, ‘S’ embossed seats, white dash inserts and white dials. But for the petrol heads there is also a 2 litre Renault sport and even a very tasty looking Gordini model which are both pushing around 200hp.
The combined fuel economy of the petrol models ranges from 37 to 51 mpg and the diesel’s a very reasonable 61 to 64 mpg, which is good enough to compete with some of the hybrid cars.Renault are also doing their bit for the
environment with the eco2 program on the 1.2 petrol and 1.5 diesel models. Eco2 indicates that the vehicle produces less than 140g/km of CO2, has at least 5% recycled plastic and that 95% of the materials used could have a second life.As far as safety goes the Clio has several airbags, ABS with EBD (electronic brake distribution) and brake assist which has helped it become the first vehicle in its category to score a max 5 stars in its Euro NCAP crash tests. The Clio is keeping up with the times by offering panoramic sunroofs, MP3 connectivity and TomTom sat nav along with lots of other options to choose from.We visited Clist & Rattle on Portishead High Street to try one for ourselves and the very helpful sales team let us take one of the popular diesel models for a drive. The first thing I noticed was the engine noise ‘or lack of’ , unlike

the noisy diesels in the early Clios, it sounded so quiet I had to check inside the fuel flap to be sure it was a diesel. The overall performance was good, the engine and gearbox felt smooth and responsive, and the suspension absorbed the bends and bumps with ease, but the steering was very light which around town was fine but lacked feeling as the speed increased. If you are looking for a small car at a reasonable price then the Clio is certainly a good contender!

Money Matters
This month’s editorial is on investments
At Bluefish we are often asked why people should invest
through an independent adviser as opposed to banks or
a tied adviser who may appear to charge less.
Brooking, Ruse & Co.Brooking, Ruse & Co.Chartered Accountants

Our advice would be that charges can be deceptive and you should always check what initial charges will be incurred, as well as what ongoing charges there may be. You should be aware that there could be large exit penalties with the investment, which lock you in for long periods of time, whereas an independent adviser will look to avoid these for you. The other consideration is the independent advice. An Independent financial adviser is able to research the whole market place and not just limited products. Therefore he or she can find the product most suitable for your needs from all that is available.Other points to consider include the ongoing advice that will be given to you and the regular reviewing of your portfolio. Independent advisers are committed to their clients’ ongoing needs, continually reviewing products and monitoring your funds. At Bluefish our wealth management proposition enables us to manage your total assets efficiently and ensure changes in the market are acted upon accordingly.
If you have an investment which you feel could be managed more effectively we would be happy to offer you a full review, with no obligation whatsoever. Please contact us on 01275 460494.
In the meantime, all at Bluefish Financial Services wish you all a merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Consumer’s Corner
Virtual ShoppingOne not altogether positive aspect of the Internet is that it has changed the way we do business. More and more transactions now take place at a distance and buyer and seller rarely meet. Goods are available for inspection but usually only on screen, and rarely in the flesh.
As a result, the number of claims being pursued due to disappointment, defects, goods not matching their description and goods paid for and not arriving, has risen alarmingly. When buying or selling how do you avoid being caught out?First stick to basics. Avoid unusual arrangements about payment, people who only release a mobile number, paying via an intermediary (unless it is one of the recognised payment organisations) and anything that looks too good to be true, as it probably is! Verify the sellers identity if you can. If they are a private individual, are they reluctant to give you a home address? Is there a full contact address or is it a virtual store?Always check the small print, in particular if buying from abroad. Are there any duties or taxes to be paid? If so, you could find that as the buyer, you are liable. Paying duty and tax may well turn that bargain digital camera from Honk Kong, into an expensive introduction to internet shopping.

A-Z of businesses near you!
Everything Portishead
Each month, we at Everything Portishead bring to you, a unique monthly directory of local businesses. While we are aware there are lots of handy directories available, from personal experience, we know how easy it is to mislay them or not be able to put your hand to them just when you need them. That’s why we came up with the idea of including in our community magazine every single month, a comprehensive directory of local services. That if you do lose your copy, you know another will be coming through your door in no time. Over the months we are getting to know our advertisers and are happy to promote their services to our readers. We are always looking for new contributors so if you provide a service or local business and would like to see it promoted through Everything Portishead, we would love to hear from you.
Everything Portishead, our community magazine has been delivered through your door on a monthly basis since August this year. Over the months the magazine has expanded and so has the production team. We are all local residents that either live in Portishead or have family connections in Portishead. We want your ideas and have listened carefully to both readers and advertisers as to what you want. We want to make this magazine everything you want to be.
There will be changes to the publication in the New Year. These changes are what our readers and advertisers have asked for because we are a small independent company nothing is set in stone. If you like the changes please tell us and likewise, if you don’t please tell us that too. Look out for changes in our January issue – it’s our New Year gift to you!To advertise in Everything Portishead or to send your news and views please write to44c High Street, Portishead BS20 6EL, telephone 01275 849369 or emaillistings@everythingportishead.co.uk
