- Our main activity is phone calls and scheduling.

- We will receive calls from passengers needing transport, and they will give us their location.

- We then check our database and call the nearest available driver to schedule that trip.

- We call back the customer to tell them how long the driver will reach them, and their taxi fare.

- We do this by using DigiHome service with its features shown.

This would be efficient, but adequate information must be gathered eg. Number, driver location and their available times. But overall this would keep our company running more efficiently

more flyers to drivers and travellers making them more aware of our business

• Create our database so when drivers and customers sign up with us, we can store their data (name, location, available working hours) in the database one time.
