NGS Products are a solutions provider for the complete clean room installation.

Our services include all engineering specification, design and solution

development and a turn key installation package.

Our clean room solutions are custom built to specification and can be supplied with integrated material conveyors, interlocked material pass through options

and are totally modular in construction.

Custom Built Ergonomic Work Stations

We specialise in the design and manufacture of advanced ergonomic work stations and build

cells for assembly lines and cells. These solutions can be designed to include integrated power, lighting, pneumatics circuits for tools and clamping devices, material compartments and integrated fixtures. The work surface height is adjusted by means of an electrically operated

lifting column and the work station can be integrated with material conveyors.

Kitting & Storage Solutions

We design and manufacture flow racks for kitting and distribution activities and high value

storage systems with controlled access.

Tolleys Racks & Storage

We have developed high end product trolleys for our customers to improve material flow, safely move products

and to maximise floor space.

We can supply these in all materials and colours, with full ESD & anti-static

protection and with power and data integration.

simple gravity fed system to an advanced fully integrated PLC controlled multi-level system.

Factory & Process Automation

We have supplied industrial and process automation to our customers for many years.

We have experience in the design, manufacture and installation of automated solutions in many

areas including product movement and placement, packing and sealing and label

dispensing applications.

Precision Metal Fabrication & Machining

We have invested heavily over the years in machinery and equipment to enable us to be

self-sufficient in the manufacture of our products and the products of our customer. It is essential that we have high end CNC equipment in house

to be as flexible and competitive as possible.

Welded Wire Products

Since our beginnings in 1985, we have been producing wire formed and welded wire

products.

Over 25 years later, these customers still depend on NGS Products.
