Bus Topology

A bus network topology is a network architecture in which a set of clients are connected via a shared communications line, called a bus.

Ring TopologyA ring network topology is a network topology in which each node connects to exactly two other nodes, forming a single continuous pathway for signals through each node - a ring.

Star TopologyA star network topology is one of the most common computer network topologies. In its simplest form, a star network consists of one central switch, hub or computer, which acts as a conduit (ท่อ) to transmit messages.

Mesh TopologyA mesh network topology is a type of networking where each node must not only capture and disseminate (เผยแพร)่ its own data, but also serve as a relay for other nodes, that is, it must collaborate to propagate (เผยแพร)่ the data in the network.

Hybrid TopologyA hybrid network topology is a type of networking where use a combination of any two or more topologies in such a way that the resulting network does not exhibit one of the standard topologies (e.g., bus, star, ring, etc.).

Social Network

A social network is a social structure made up of a set of actors and the dyadic ties between these actors.

The social network perspective (มุมมอง) provides a clear way of analyzing the structure of whole social entities.

Dyadic = Binary Relationship

Social Media

Social media includes web-based and mobile based technologies which are used to turn communication into interactive dialogue among organizations, communities, and individuals.

Andreas Kaplan and Michael Haenlein define social media as "a group of Internet-based applications that build on the ideological and technological foundations of Web 2.0, and that allow the creation and exchange of user-generated content.“

Ideological = เกี่ยวกับระบบความคิด

Peer-to-Peer Network (P2P)

• A peer-to-peer computer network is one in which each computer in the network can act as a client or server for the other computers in the network, allowing shared access to files and peripherals without the need for a central server.

• P2P networks can be set up in the home, a business or over the Internet.

PAN = Personal Area Network

• A personal area network (PAN) is a computer network used for communication among computerized devices, including telephones and personal digital assistants [PDA].

• PANs can be used for communication among the personal devices themselves, or for connecting to a higher level network and the Internet (an uplink).

• Bluetooth Communication

LAN = Local Area Network

• A local area network (LAN) is a computer network that interconnects computers in a limited area such as a home, school, computer laboratory, or office building using network media.

MAN = Metropolitan Area Network

• A metropolitan area network (MAN) is a computer network that usually spans a city or a large campus.

• A MAN usually interconnects a number of local area networks (LANs)using a high-capacity backbone technology, such as fiber-optical links, and provides up-link servicesto wide area networks (or WAN) and the Internet.

WAN = Wide Area Network

• A Wide Area Network (WAN) is a telecommunication network that covers a broad area (i.e., any network that links across metropolitan, regional, or national boundaries).
