Proper Documentation Do not skimp on content Initial or sign each diary entry If you are recording trucks – note truck numbers and

companies Make sure paper diaries have page numbers and

easy reference back to diary. Enter your diaries into Fieldmanager or Fieldbook You can enter more than one contractor in each

electronic diary.
