• In 2012, AIESEC UWA achieved a retention rate of 68% despite the higher number of final year students in the LC relative to 2011.
• Our members led quality XP with

Investing in our M
Conference Subsidies and Exchange subsidies were the main forms of investments in our members.
As a result, we have sent members to several international conferences including APXLDS, IC, AIESEC SG NLDC, AIESEC US WNC and AP ER.
Furthermore, we currently have 38% of our membership base who have on X or are on X .

Our External Presence
AIESEC UWA has significantly increased its presence on and off campus in 2012
•On campus, we have hosted our annual faculty breakfast; 24 faculty staff attended the event.
•HOP has instilled interest both off and on campus. In partnership with ASPIRE UWA, HOP has provided workshops to over 100 WA high school students
•Our External Drinks Event was attended by corporates from the university, mining and business sectors.
•Our annual Awards Night was a huge success with over 60 alumni and corporates attending the event. All awards were corporate endorsed.
