Android App Employee Referral This app was intended to be used by employees for referring friends to internal jobs. - Stay signed-on - Refer anytime, anywhere - Easy and Quick

Sign Up

•  The user can only signup if he or she is affiliated with a registered company (domain name based validation)

•  Information on Signup – Email Address, Name, Division (depends on company configuration)

Browse All Company Jobs •  Job Listing – Title, Location,

Referral Amount, Date of Posting •  Call to Action – Refer

Referral Page •  Enter information on the referred candidate

and submit •  The user can track referrals through the

“My Referrals” tab

My Referrals •  Jobs that the employee has

referred a candidate •  Number of candidates referred •  Referral Amount •  Clicking on a job will give

detailed referral information

Referral Details •  Candidates referred (Candidate

name, Referral status (this is updated by the recruiter), Date of Referral),

•  Job Details – Job Title, Referral Amount, Job Location
