Thankfully my parents were both hardworking, enterprising, value based entrepreneurs.

- I was born and raised in South, Co. Dublin ,Ireland

- I treasure my old school pals, my lifelong love of rugby and the social-political lessons of sports I gained at school.

I have always had a love of Sports & An Active Lifestyle.

My College Days:

- I studied Economics and Geography at Trinity College, Dublin

- I joined my family’s Company, F. Connolly Construction.

After College

My Corporate Career:

- After Successfully helping to turnaround the family business I emigrated to San Francisco

- My Corporate Career:

- I joined All American Construction General Contractors as a Divisional Marketing Manager .

I later became the Commercial Fit Out Division’s Commercial Manager.

My Entrepreneurial Career:

- Co-Set up a Holdings Company, for over 10 years consisting of three interrelated business units:
