Dear Santa, Santa Claus,The English twin of Father Frost!How are you, my dear friend?

How is your Christmas band:Lovely gnomes and sweet elfins?They make presents by themselves.

I’m thirteen, I’m a Russian girl.I love ChristmasBest of all.I’m from Omsk,My name is Kate.I’m not fond of being late.

Soon we shall celebrate New Year,The year of Snake is coming here.

We shall decorate New Year treeWith sweets and crackers,Come and see!Everyone will get some presents.It’s exciting, it is pleasant .

My biggest dream’s to have a rat.I’ll teach it doing this and that.

Another dream’s to visit SpainAnd go there just by plane.

This year was surprised for me.I met a British! Could it be?
