My name’s Sofia; I was born in 1997 in a town in England called Bedford. I have brown eyes and brown hair.
MY FAMILY
My mum; Anita
My sister; Emily
Me
My mum’s called Anita and she’s from London in England. I also have a sister called Emily; she’s nearly 16 and she was born in England too.
ATHLETICS
When I was 6 I started running and I joined the running club in Canovellas when I was 8. Athletics is my favourite sport and now I specialize in triple jump and sprinting.
Last year I entered the championships of Catalunya for triple jump and I came sixth. Other years I’ve competed in the Championships and I’ve come ninth in long distance races. As I’m old enough, this year I can compete in the Championships of Spain but I need to have very good times to enter.

Venice was very pretty in the winter and Florence was too.

Kenya was a great experience for me and my family because we had a chance to see how poor people live in different countries but are still happy as they have no stress.
MY BEST FRIENDS
My best friends are Claudia and Ester, who I have known for nearly 4 years and Yasmina, I’ve known her for nearly 2; they do athletics like me so we share the same passion for that sport.
