Welcome Families!
All About Mrs. M.· My Background
· I grew up in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.· I attended Muhlenberg College.· I will complete my masters in Literacy at Bank Street
College of Education in December.· I’m certified to teach K-6 in New Jersey,
Pennsylvania, and soon to be New York.· I’m entering my 7th year teaching.· I have been in many different classrooms and
experienced grades K-6, but 3rd is my favorite.
Goals for 3rd Grade· To give you the academic tools you
need to progress to 4th grade.· To provide a supportive learning
environment.· To have fun while we learn.· To make new friends and discover new
interests.
Class Content· We will cover all the subjects and topics that
our curriculum committee believes are important for you to learn during 3rd grade.
· Curriculum objectives are based upon state standards and guidelines set forth by the National Association of Independent Schools.
