Aims• Improve the effectiveness of
sustainable mobility policies implemented by local authorities in small and medium sized cities in Europe
• Improve the awareness amongst regional policy makers of the importance of supporting these policies within regional development frameworks
Priorities• Communication & awareness raising
• Traffic management and control
• Public & collective transport
Main activities• Identification, data collection and analysis of Mobility
Management Best Practices, both among partners cities and in other cities or similar projects;
• Selection of Best Practices of major interest for the partnership and organisation of Study Visits;
• Selection of a Best Practice potentially transferable in one partner city and analysis through Feasibility studies;
Main activities
• Development of Policy Recommendations addressed to local regional decision makers;
• Creation of the “Policy Toolbox”, documenting the project results, accessible not only to partners, but also to all the European cities interested in finding new sustainable mobility solutions and strategies.
