Below are the exterior elevations of a completed project I managed for Longs Drug Stores in 2008, which were prepared by an outside architect, under my direction.
Below are the fixture plan (DDs) and underground garage plan (CDs), for the elevation shown above, which I managed for Longs.
Below are two sketches and a photo of a completed Arbor I designed for Lisa Lane Condominiums in 2010 as an independent contractor. This “Perma-Culture” project included espaliered fruit trees, grape vines, a sustainable wood arbor, flagstone paving, and an irrigation system.
Below is the preliminary sketch of the upper level of a completed corporate interior project I designed for Rotoplast International in 2010 as an independent contractor. The project included operable skylights and a “whole house” fan as part of a semi-passive cooling system.
Below is an example of a preliminary site plan I developed for review and approval by Longs’ senior management and an example of a site plan I developed for review by a Planning Department.
