What I do at TicketForce: They call me All-Purpose-Willy. My IT duties include preparing, cleaning and shipping equipment to our clients, while also providing equipment-related client support calls. I also juggle working in the Call Center and Client Services departments, where I take orders and build events for clients. And carrying oversized boxes to and from our storage unit is just a plus.

What I do at TicketForce, in one or two sentences: As a Client Consultant, I think of my job like providing a psychiatrist chair for our clients to relax in. I want them to know that we are here to help resolve most—if not all—of their issues, and provide guidance in producing the best ticketing experience for their customers.

What I do at TicketForce: Resident nick-namer, cup-caker, and cake-baller. Oh yeah, and I build shows too.

Ami Johnson, Product Specialist / Client Services Consultant Hometown: Flagstaff, AZ

Beverage of choice: All of the margaritas.

What I do at TicketForce: In addition to consulting clients, I’m a part of the product team and assist in identifying new opportunities with development, and creating release notes on enhancements and documents on other product related items. Basically, I have 15 Microsoft Office documents open at one time.

Ron King, IT Manager Hometown: Mesa, AZ

Beverage of choice: Coffee.

What I do at TicketForce: Director of Information Technologies, maintain and support all TicketForce equipment, provide on-site support for clients.

Sara Myers, Client Services Consultant Hometown: Granite City, IL (a once booming steel town suburb of St. Louis, MO)

Beverage of choice: Orangina, with a kick.

What I do at TicketForce: Client Consultant for theatres and arts venues. In the office I also love Excel projects, and occasionally break out in interpretive dance while sitting on an exercise ball, simply to keep my coworkers smiling.
