mcaConnect’s Delivery Services Organization (DSO)

I would be looking for someone with the personality and mental strength to take control of a room and lead a session on the area of their expertise.  A great candidate would possess solid troubleshooting skills, and wouldn’t be afraid to pull back the covers and dig into a difficult scenario. 

Please give us a brief description of what you look for in a good Consultant.

Give us a brief overview of what the day to day is like for a member of your team.

A day to day life is both challenging and rewarding at any given moment.  It’s a game of being prepared and having the ability to provide solutions on the fly.  There’s no doubt the life of a consultant can be a rollercoaster at times, but the satisfaction from solving a problem and pulling together a solution is a high like no other.

The culture of the team is incredible at mcaConnect.  I’ve never worked with a team who is so willing to share information and with others.  With that, comes a comfort to seek help and rely on your team when you’re in a tough situation.  Sharing is caring at mcaConnect, and the team totally gets that.

What’s the culture like within the team and department?

Opportunities are endless.  Really.  Whether your passion is being a team lead and being in front of the client, or you’re a behind the scenes troubleshooter, the possibilities are far and wide.  With the way the industry grows and morphs on a daily basis, new opportunities are knocking all the time.

Career Development Opportunities? Company/Group opportunities?

Laid back but hands-on.  I like to check in on my team regularly just to shoot the breeze and create a comfortable atmosphere and relationship.  I want anyone who reports to me to know that I have their back and am willing to fight for that promotion or raise, as well as be there for support if they’re in a difficult situation with a client.
