Remember……as of May 1 the Library hours on Friday and Saturday will change. The new hours are: Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

GED
Have you always wanted to get your GED? The RGPL is now offering review classes to help you prepare for the exam. Classes begin on Saturday, May 12 from 10:00 until 12:00. Registration is required.
Book Club The book club will meet on May 21 at 7:00. This month’s selection is Stone Diaries by Carol Shields. Books will be available behind the circulation desk. Sign up is required for this event.

Meet the Staff
Jon joined the staff three years ago. He is a high school student at East Leyden and is graduating in
May. After high school he plans to go to Northeastern Illinois University to study General Business
Administration. Jon is heavily involved in extracurricular activities at school including being the
President of the Italian Club, Chamber Singers, Jazz Choir, and Student Council. When he isn't busy,
he enjoys spending time with his friends.

o Coming in June: Reading is Delicious! The library will be offering a food-themed
summer reading programs for adults, teens and kids this June & July. The Kickoff is
Saturday, June 9th from 12-2pm! Check the library's blog and stop in for more details!
