6. Plaintiff Maria Stender, re:>iding in Cranforct, New
Jersey, has worked for Defendant Borough of Roselle
Park since 19$6. She has been Defendant's Municipal Court Administrator since 1996.
7, Defendant Roselle Park is a municipality with offices
located at 110 East Westfield Avenue,. Roselle Park, New
Jersey.
8. Defendant has been, and continues to be, an employer
within the meaning of the FLSA.

1986. She has been Defendant's Municipal Court

17. For the year 2010, Plaintiff accumulated 326
compensatory hours for which she has not been paid.
Pursuant to the FLS.A., Defendant was required to pay
Plaintiff for any compensatory time aocum\1lated in
excess of 240 hours.
18. For the year 2011, Plaintiff accumulated 455
compensatory hours for which she has not been paid.
l?Ut'suant to the FLSA, Defendant was requirad to pay
Plaintiff for any compensatory time accumulated in
excess of 240 hours.
19. For the year 2012, to date, Plaintiff accumulated
approidmately 100 compen,.atory hours f.or which she has
not been paid.
20. Jn 2012, Plaintiff utilized app:i:oximatel.y 100
cornpt;insatory hours that she had accumulated over the
years.
21, In or around October 2008, Plaintiff wa informed that
compensatory time would no longer be paid out of the
Parking Offenses Adjudication Act funds. 22. By letters dated September 14, 2011 and November 29,
2011, Plaintiff complained to Dt;ifendant that although
"ovt;irtime has become a steady reqtd rement, " ~esul ting
in compensatory time, Plaintiff was not receiving her
overtima compensation.
