• Become a major part of tourism industry with U.S.$29.4 billion
• over 19 million passengers in the whole world(according to 2011 data)
ABOUT US• We got a contract from company, to make a ship for tourism• Transportation is not main purpose to build this cruise ship• This ship is build to provide pleasure voyage which includes
different entertainment values like restaurant, casinos, club, shops and games zones
• Capacity150 to 160• Budget of 45-50 million

• Probability and impact of risk 9, 7 and 3 were high, so these risks needed to be solve first.
• Probability of risk 1 was medium, but high impact on the overall project.
• Probability and impact of risk 2 is medium, so it should be taken care off.
• Probability of risk 4, 5 and 8 were low, but medium impact on the overall project.
• Probability and impact of risk 6 was low, so these risks can be solved as low priority.

LESSONS LEARNED
• A decision that looks like it will save money during design can be costly during construction.
• Time schedule is designed without flexibility for some tasks that cost more than expected.
• Project team unable to maintain safety standards seriously enough in order to avoid the injuries of workers.
• Efficient and effective communication helped to figure out the problems at that instant.
• Use of advanced technology in project is increased.
