Project AGREE stands for Agricultural Gardening for the Restoration of the Earth and the Environment. Its thrust is Saving the Earth, a concern that is now
significantly recognized by the whole world. Activities such as planting, composting and other ecologically related efforts are subsumed under this project. Initially its immediate beneficiaries is, the RSCC (Reception and Study Center for Children) children of DSWD. Creating an environment that is conducive to the children is
tantamount to envisioning a better future for the community and the world. Equally important is the involvement of the FEU community, the faculty, staff and students. The practice of civic involvement and volunteerism are two of the values the project wants to inculcate. Eventually, we envisioned to venture into a bigger rehabilitation project aligned with the national agenda on environmental preservation. Currently, we venture with the residents of Bgy Payatas, lead by our “KababaihanTAMBayani
Volunteers” . This project is sponsored and under monitoring by DOST. Corresponding training programs are also being undertaken.

An annual activity in line with the Good Deeds Day (GDD) a global event that encourages people from all over the world to do good deeds for one day. Its mission is to demonstrate how
simple, genuine acts of kindness can be carried out by ordinary people for this one day and throughout the year.
HOM is GDD’s official partner in the Philippines.Evidenced that both poverty and homelessness have increased during the COVID-19
pandemic. This would be a great opportunity for FEU Volunteerism Office to organize a team to
participate since this initiative pertains to one of our pillars of CSR concerning Outreach, Socio-Civic Community Service.
