Lords birthday partiesTERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Bookings must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the party.

• Bookings are subject to availability and unconfirmed until an email response is received.

• The café caters for children aged four to twelve years.• The café caters for a minimum of twelve children and a maxi-

mum of twenty-five children.• A $50 deposit is required to confirm the booking no later

than the Friday two weeks prior to the party.• Final numbers must be confirmed no later than the Friday a

week prior to the party.• Once numbers are confirmed final payment must be made no

later than the Friday a week prior to the party.• No changes can be made once final payment is received.• No refunds will be given for no-shows.• Parties are asked to leave the party room promptly at the con-

clusion of their half hour allotted food time to make way for the next booking.

• Parents are required to supply cake, candles and matches if desired.

• Self-catered parties have no affiliation with the café and will not have access to the function area, equipment or staff.
