LINK Sign-up Process The link is: Link.promedica.org

1) Click on Request New Account:

2) Choose “Request access for a new site”

3) Fill out form with Site information.

4) Choose staff role that needs created a. The first user you will want to request is the Site Administrator, who is typically the

Office manager.

5) Fill out User Request form:

- Also make sure to check the box that says “Make this user a site administrator” for your User Request.

6) Next you will complete the User requests for the staff members who will need access by clicking “Add”:

a. You can keep track of which users have been completed using the screen below which you will be routed to after each request.

b. You can send several user requests with your initial Site Request:

7) Once your requests are completed click:

8) Fill out the verification page:

9) Print out the confirmation page after successful verification for your records. There will be a

reference # on the page as well as our timeline for when you can expect the work to be complete.
