• He started the company Pure Li-Fi to commercialize the Li-Fi products
• Li-1st, the first commercially available Li-Fi system (2014 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.)

• August 2013 - 1.6 Gbit/s• April 2014 - 1.25 gigabytes per second (BeamCaster)• 2014 - 10 Gbit/s (Sisoft)• 2015 February – 1 GB/s (Velmenni)
NEED
• 44 Zettabytes of data (as many bits as stars in the universe)

Nothing in this world is perfect and so does LIFI.• These signals cannot penetrate walls. So the person needs
wired bulb in that room also. • Only works if there is direct line of sight between source
and receiver.• More research is required.
