RESEARCH METHODOLOGYWe have undergone in KOUTONS RETAIL
OUTLET in velachery.We have taken 50 samples from different persons
in the shop.Reasons for selecting the shop are taken from the
customers. Surveys are taken by the group members .And they had collected many samples from
survey.From that average samples are taken and
analysis had made for his project

ANALYSIS:As per the survey proper analysis is made on the
retail shop.Customers are purchasing for the value of the retail
shop Purchasing activity in the retail shop.Design and display of products is also analysis in
this shop.Offers from the shop is analyzed based on this
shop.Distance to the shop of the customer is also
analyzed.Customer preferences is analyzed.Retail shop CRM are noted.Reference of shop from the customers are analyzed.

5.What is the distance from your place of living to retail shop?

8. How is the customer service in this shop?
9. How you come to know about the shop?
SUGESSTIONS:They can improve the availability of
products.
Many assortment of products can be undertaken.
Festival offers can be increased.
