There is something about a shiny new kitchen that everyone loves. It's likely because of the kitchen's role as the heart and soul of the home; a place where lasting memories are created, delicious meals eaten, and passionate conversations held. !
!I've been a huge fan of kitchen design since my childhood home was renovated when I was a kid, so It was perfectly fitting
that the first project I got to lead was a complete renovation (and living room bow window replacement).!
pre-existing conditions
Upon receiving the field measurements and site photos from my principals Tim and Claudia, I generated AutoCad drawings based on the pre-existing conditions. Once an idea of the proposed
layout was sketched, I created the demolition plans that specified what was to be removed.

Creating a 3D model in SketchUp was the final step in my process; this allowed the clients to better visualize how their new kitchen would look and feel. Specific color and material finishes were not yet chosen.
