Why is Regular Exercise Important for Kids?
■ The hardest thing for most kids during wet days is to get enough exercise.
■ Kids Exercising Activity requires creativity and commitment on wet days as the motivation to move is low.

■ Kids exercising is the last thing that crosses children's minds when the rain is coming down and the days are cold.

■ Kids exercising on wet days can be as simple as standing throughout a movie and performing some squatting movements every ten minutes during the movie.
■ Kids exercising can also be a little more structured if a skipping rope and fit ball are present in the house.

■ Skipping for 3 sets of 1 minute increases the heart rate significantly and allows for a decent workout.
