Does the lesson/link tie the skill and story back to a professional environment? If you were an interviewer, would this relate to the job?

Do the results make sense based on the actions? Are they quantitative or qualitative? (This is where you can use “we”)

ACTIONS are the majority of the story! They are step-by-step, show clear thought process, focused on what YOU specifically did versus what the team did. The related skill is clear.

Is it clear what the problem (task) is? Is it significant enough to merit time in an interview? What’s the setting/context that the story is taking place?

What was the objective/goal that you were striving to accomplish? What was the challenge you were faced with?
