It seems that due to the rise in digital communication, and so the abundance and availablity of news, we are bombarded with so much information everyday that it goes in one ear and out the other. We don’t retain information the same way as we used to.

- How do things read? From a distance, color, attraction?

- What effect does the bounding box give?

- How does it look with many different styles being used?

- How do I consider things that span over a length of time?

- How do I consider things/events that are annual?

THINGS TO CONSIDER

I intend to continue to create daily pieces, but instead of continuing to create the current day’s headline, once 2012 is over I will start going back in time create a design for every day of 2012. When I have finished that my task will then be to represent the year in different ways, just as various year in reviews do. I will need to consider how does it look in a print publication, a poster, on the web, in a video, etc.
