ISGE President Welcome to The Bali Conference
Dear Participant,
As president of ISGE it is a pleasure to welcome you to the IGES Asian thPacific Meeting 2016 in conjunction with IGES 5 National Congress.
I am very proud on the very comprehensive program we could put together for you, the participants, starting with the state of the art pre-conference courses over the very high scientific standard of the congress itself.
Together with the IGES we have been able to cover most of the topics that concern your specific practice.
Our aim both of IGES and ISGE is to bring the minimal invasive approach to all of your patients by giving you the tools to be able to practice minimal invasive surgery starting from vaginal surgery over the most sophisticated approaches. The aim is to give you tips and tricks to accomplish this goal.
Therefore ISGE has started an accreditation program together with the local universities and authorities and I do invite you to take part in this program as to form an elite of minimal invasivesurgeons to the benefit of all of our patients.
Please do participate actively in the congress by asking all your questions to the faculty members these are here to help you out.
Wishing you a very fruitful conference,
Yours,
Bruno van Herendael

The board of the International Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy (ISGE) establishes a task force for the accreditation in Gynaecological Endoscopy (TFAGE), both Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy with the aim to inform, check and accredit the practising gynaecological surgeon on the base of criteria defined in this text. The aim is to define and accredit the organizational, clinical and executive qualities of the gynaecological surgeon. Furthermore, gynaecological theatre suites will be accredited on the base of their organisational and structural capacities.
The accreditation process is based on the voluntary submission of the gynaecological surgeon.
The voluntary candidature has to be submitted to the TFAGE (secretariat@isge.org), respecting the modalities specified, to be assessed.
The Inscription to the list of Gynaecological Endoscopists, the list of Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgeons and the list of Centres of Gynaecological Endoscopy are described separately herewith on
