2. Onsite Opportunities:
2.1. Exhibition Bags Over 20,000 bags will be printed with your artwork* and distributed at all registration
desks to all exhibitors and visitors. This marketing opportunity provides your company
with a viable ‘take home’ visibility to be used after the show concludes. It is an excellent
opportunity to grant your company maximum visibility inside the show, throughout the
entire concourse and after the show.
* Sponsor’s artwork will be printed on both sides of the bag together with the Intersec
show logo and dates.
2.2. Bags‘ Inserts You also have the option to insert any of your fl yers / catalogues in our exhibition bags to
make sure it reaches all the visitors to the show. A successful medium to promote
your presence at the show and to lead the visitors to your stand!
2.3. Exhibition Lanyards Avail of the exclusive rights to have your logo printed on the offi cial show lanyards*.
It is compulsory for all attendees to wear the lanyards during the exhibition, allowing you
to expose your brand to all exhibitors, visitors, VIPs and media at the show.
* Sponsors are responsible for the production of the lanyards, which should be supplied to
Messe Frankfurt at least 3 weeks prior to the exhibition. Sponsor’s logo and stand number
will be printed on the lanyard together with the Intersec show logo.

2.5. Registration Pens Add more value to your company name and produce branded pens at all the registration desks and seminar
areas throughout the show. The pens can also be given out to every visitor that attends the show.
2.6. Registration Staff T-Shirt Onsite staff at all registration areas will be equipped with t-shirts* branded with the sponsor’s logo.
Sponsor’s logo will be printed on the front side of the t-shirts together with the Intersec logo.
* The sponsor is solely responsible for the production of the staff t-shirts (3 t-shirts per staff member)
2.7. Visitor Registration Forms Create an impression right from the start by sponsoring the visitor registration forms. Every visitor is
required to complete the form prior to entering the exhibition hall. The sponsoring company’s logo and
stand number will feature prominently at the top right hand corner of each page.
2.8. Exhibition Route Planner The Route Planner is distributed free of charge to all visitors at each entrance point and information
desks. The Route Planner is one of the highly credible forms of sponsorship reaching attendees by clearly
highlighting your company logo with your stand number on the fl oor plan.

subject to organiser’s approval.

3.2. Hanging Banners Hanging Banners* can be placed inside the exhibition hall for extra exposure at the
show. A powerful source of branding to interact with Intersec visitors!

3.3. Directional Carpet Stickers These highly visible stickers can be placed either on the aisles throughout the
exhibition fl oor to act as directional signage to your stand (maximum 50cmx50cm),

3.5. Registration Area Create an impression at the entry point!
a. Registration Desk
Make sure your branding greets all attendees to the exhibition. Branding the
registration area is a highly visible marketing tool as it‘s mandatory for all visitors to
register and pass through the registration desk to enter the fair.
b. Registration Back-Wall
The area between the entrance/exit and directly behind the registration area can be
