• For over 55’s and their carers in their communities

• Via a dedicated vehicle or a table service• Project given momentum via the DOH funded

What have we learnt?

• Face to Face Engagement is the key• The client questions asked may not be the only ones to

answer.• Many clients have several issues that need an umbrella

view.• POP Service teamwork motivates everybody• To follow up efficiently• The general chat is often stimulating for many• Remember we have two ears and one mouth• Keep it simple • More work needed with those between 55 and 65• Be sensitive with the words “old” or “older”
