Dear Tiffany,
Thank you for the two programs you provided to Queens Library for our SecondChance program, and for taking the additional time to meet with them during thefirst session of our program so that you could tailor your sessions to best meettheir needs.
What impressed me most about the programs you offered our teens was yourhonesty and candor about your own life experiences, and how you used that tohelp our young people understand the value of making good choices forthemselves. Several of the subsequent program providers mentioned theimportance of goal setting and planning, and the foundation about this you gavethe teens in your first session made it much easier for them to continue thinkingabout their goals for the future. II look fonnrard to having you back to Queens Library as a programmer in ourCommunity Libraries; I feel strongly that your practical and heartfelt approach tohelping young people think positively about their lives would be of value to all theteens in our borough.
Thank you, again and best wishes on your future endeavors,

Dear SirAvladam:
This letter is written on behalf of Ms. Tiffany Wright who I have known for thepast 5 years. She has worked on several projects with Citizens Against Recidivism,Inc. We at Citizens Against Recidivism, Inc. provide re-entry services to formerlyincarcerated people and support to their families.
It has been my privilege to work with her on several projects which includedworkshops on Sexual Exploitation, domestic violence, and spoken wordpresentations with a domestic violence theme. We developed and implementedtwo women's history month programs for women who were in shelter resultingfrom intimate partner violence during the years of 201 7 and 2A12.
While working with Ms. Wright I discovered the wealth of information she has toshare from her own personal experiences. I observed how easy it was for her tointeract with the clients. She engaged them and they were eager to receive theinformation she was sharing. Using the art of poetry she has developed a niche toaddress painful experiences in a creative way that allows for inner healing. Itbecame evident that Ms. Wright was an asset to Citizens Against Recidivism, Inc.
Ms. Wright is a team player and is willing to fiI1 in where she is needed It was apleasure working with Ms. Wright. We look forward to future collaborative effortsthat will include N{s. Wright I have always found her to be an honest, hardworking, intelligent and trustworthy individual. I highly recommend. withoutreservation that you seriously consider Ms. Wright lor a position with your agency.I am confident that she w-ill provide value to your team. If you have additionalquestions, please do not hesitate to call me at 917-587-8071..

To Whom lt May Concern,
Tiffany Wright was an influential motivational speaker for the 7th and 8th grade girls at Brooklyn
Excelsior Charter School. Ms. Wright provided a four week self development workshop focused
on inspiring and buildingthe confidence and leadership of young girls. Each workshop had a
topic geared towards motivation, focus, and self preservation. \,Ms. Wright's unwavering approach and dedication was greatly recognized by both our staff and
students. Our students were always excited about the opportunity to work with Ms. Wright
during her workshops. I personally witnessed all of the students fully engaged in all of the
activities Ms. Wright presented.
I have no doubt that the students at Brooklyn Excelsior will continue to utilize the great
resources and inspiration they received. I would gladly utilize Ms. Wright's programs in thefuture to help mentor our students.

Dear Youth Empowered Together:
Youth Empowered Together reached out to Covenant House New York in March 2009and continues to become a role model for many of the young women who have made
direct contact with this organization. Covenant House New York shelters many youngpeople who have experienced lack of understanding and support from both familymembers and friends. After reading Ms. Tiffany Wright's biography. the ExecutiveDirector of Youth Empow-ered together and mission of the organization I realized thisw'ould be an exceptional organization to educate and inform while exploring in-depthdiscussion on life factors. On April 27 .2009 Ms. Wright of Youth Empowered Togetherconducted her first workshop on the Female Unit and the feedback from both staff and
residents was positive. The topic uas informative, constructive. and encouraging. Thisorganization did not stop there: thel continue to contact the Volunteer Departmentrequesting to conduct u,orkshops on a regular basis. Also" she continues to offer newideas to better educate and inform the 1.oung people, which w-ould be beneficial to theyoung people here at Covenant House New York. The young a.dults on the Female Unitlook forw'ard to interact. educate. and explore life experiences. Ms. Wright is an
inspiration to the man\-)'oung people that walk through and stay at Covenant House NewYork. Youth Emporvered Together has become vital part of Covenant House New York;hopefully the1,- r.r,ill continue to be apart of the organization becoming a positive gatewayfor many of the young adult t-emales.
Covenant House Ner,l York is the nation's largest private childcare agency. Last year, w'e
provided food, clothing. shelter and support services to more than 6,300 youth who come
to our Crisis Center and Rights of Passage Program. Our Crisis Center is the only place
in New York where at- risk \-outh or homeless -vouth can walk in and find immediatecare.

Dear Ms. Wright,
I cannot thank you enough for your time spent voluntS.rirrg with Homes for the
Homeless. The work you completed made you an invaluable resource to the program
staffat the Saratoga Family Inn.
At Homes for the Homeless, we believe in the importance of providing children witheducational tools and resources that can help them to ultimately be successful. Inaddition, we know that a safe and supportive environment is essential for growth and
development. The eight workshops that you led created a safe space where teens could
talk through difficulties thay may encounter on a dayto-day basis. You provided
valuable problem-solving skills they can utilize the rest of their teen years and beyond.
Homes for the Homeless is truly grateful for your volunteer services. You have made a
great impact on the lives of many homeless children.
Best wishes"
