Prime objective of most of the organizations in the world is to serve the

human being in a better way.

created by the humans & are to be solved by them only.

Very Large impact of electronic gadgets such as Mobile, Laptop & Computers on working style &

human relations.

In some organizations, employees need not to be in office for work.

Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Skype becomes essential parts of Human

Relations.

Excessive Use of Information Technology is one of the reason for keeping us away from each other.

Diversity in employees at workplace is increasing day by day.
