Create Segments

Workspace is where you select from a drop down list a list of contacts that you would like to work on.

You can select a campaign that you have sent previously and would like to follow-up on by selecting the campaigns in the checkbox.

You can then choose to Show Time or Show Tags.

Show time allows you to visualise when the email that you have sent was opened and clicked on (if any links were provided).

Create Segments

Show Tags allows you to visualise in a word cloud some of the words that were popular in your email. The bigger the word, the more audience clicked on the link.

You can choose to segment a group of recipients base on all the words selected or any of the words selected.

All the selected words – If the recipient clicked on word A and word B Any of the selected words – if the recipient clicked on word A or word B

STEP 3

Create Segments

The words that you have chosen will be highlighted in red. SendAdvisor will show you the number of unique subscribers that fits the criteria.

Name your segment and your segment will be created. Just like MAGIC.
