• Choose to work with people who have a positive attitude instead

 

Create a balanced schedule• Analyze your schedule,

responsibilities, and daily tasks

• Try to find a balance between work and family life

Take more breaks from your work

Even a five-minute break will help

Fix your environment lighting temperature

• Humor can help reduce stress by providing a positive way of looking at problems.

• Humor can also help you perceive what's ridiculous or absurd in a situation.

• To promote humor in your life, follow these steps: Be open to humor Give yourself permission to laugh, even during tough times Surround yourself with humor Share your humor Tell a funny true story to a co-worker or friend

strengthen trust between people and relieve workplace stress and tension
