Step 1

Pour the powdered milk and condensed milk in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix the powdered milk and condensed milk.

Step 3

Add the margarine to the mixture.

Step 4

Shape you candy into circles or cylinders.

Step 5

Pour a sugar on a plate.

Step 6

Roll the Pastillas into the sugar.

Step 7

Wrap the Pastillas in cellophane.
