To begin with, open a new project in Photoshop by
selecting the page to be A4 in size.
Next, select the Single Row Marquee Tool and create a
small rectangle in the centre of the page.
Select the filter option at the top of the screen and
move the mouse above the noise option, then select
add noise.
Drag the bar for the amount to the highest
possible option. The ensure that the Gaussain option is
selected and also the Monochromatic option.
Then, create a line across the page and right click to select the Free Transform
option.
Click and drag the line up and the following lines
should appear.
Finally, insert a text box and include a random
sequence of number and the barcode is complete.
