Introduction
• HIV Counseling and Testing known also as VCT, Voluntary Counseling and Testing, is a service offered in health centers to counsel and test people HIV/AIDS.
• Clients who came in this service are referred by providers from different services like primary care, antenatal care, TB program, malnutrition program, surgery and so on.

• Others came in this service because they want to know about their sero-status, or they are preparing for their marriage, or because of their children or partner illness and so on.

• Client registration;• Counseling;• HIV Testing in the Laboratory;• Reception of HIV test result;• Enrollment/Transfer in HIV program of client
tested HIV Positive.
