Hili Properties, the real estatedivisionofHiliVentures,has finalised theacquisitionofARTBusinessCentreinRomania’scapitalBucharest,followinganinvestmentinexcessof€30million.

LocatedintheaffluentNorduluineighbourhoodinnorthernBucharest,thenine-storeypropertyboasts18,600squaremetresofgrossleasableareaandsitsonafootprintof3,400squaremetres.Thethreeundergroundfloorsaccommodate407parkingspaces.
