many of the nuances behind a successful small business and further hone his SEO and web

content skills.

Yvette is a social media and community building expert with IGLOO Software. In this role, she

helps organizations create and implement social computing strategies to improve

communication, collaboration and engagement. Her clients span a number of industries

including health care where she works with the HopeSpring Cancer Support Center, Ontario
