Nearly all of the Athens National Archaeological Museum has good handicapped access.

There is wheelchair accessible ramp on the north side of the building on Herakleios Emperor Road. This will bring you into the 1st (main) floor. There is a nearby elevator down to the handicapped accessible restroom an the café. There is step-free access throughout the museum.

There are English captions throughout the museum. There is no audioguide and no guided tours. The route from the Viktoria metro station is about 600 m and flat.

The National Archaeological Museum is the best museum in Athens. My favorite part was the display showing arrowheads excavated from the battle of the 300 Spartans who battled the Persians (made popular in the movie "300"). It is located to your left as you enter the accessible museum entrance.

Is there a wheelchair accessible entrance? Yes, on the north side of the museum on Herakleios Emperor Road there is level access into the museum. Is the door push/pull, revolving, automated by a button, or motion activated? You will need to knock on the door so that a staff member can open it from the inside.

Where is the closest place that cars/taxis can drop-off people? On Herakleios Emperor Road which is north of the museum.

What are the nearby tube stations? Viktoria station is 600 m away

Are there cobblestones or hills leading to the entrance? Slight uphill on the street heading east (4 star flatness)

What percentage of the attraction can be viewed without having to go up steps? 100%

Which parts are not handicapped accessible? Use the elevator in Gallery 34 to visit Gallery 48 (finds from the historic site at Akrotiri on Thera) and Galleries 49-56 (Minor Arts) on the first floor of the museum. If you take the elevator next to gallery 19, you can reach the garden-atrium, restroom, gift shop, and coffee shop in the basement.
