1ASSESSMENT
Coach speaks with manager to learn perceptions
of strengths and potential development areas. Participant takes
Enneagram personality assessment.
4ON-GOING COACH SUPPORT
Coach meets individually once with each member and is available anytime via email for individualized support, so no one get’s stuck. Coach tailors
tools depending on the needs of the group.
71 :1 COACHING CALLS
Participants receive four individual coaching calls over
two months to help them strengthen new habits of
thinking and acting, so they are able to self-correct.
2KICK-OFF
Program begins with a full-day, in-person kick-off
to build relationships and learn foundational tools. Participants
will identify coaching peers and define individual coaching objectives.
5CLOSING MEETING
Group meets in person to celebrate
progress, reflect, and identify focus areas
for 1:1 coaching.
8SURVEY
In addition to a mini-survey at the program midpoint,
results of a robust final program survey are
shared with sponsors.
3GROUP MEETINGS
Participants and coach convene six times, bi-weekly
for 90 minutes by video. All calls are confidential.
Participants share progress, and work through difficult
situations.
6MANAGER CHECK-IN
Coach connects with manager to discuss progress made, and focus for individual coaching
sessions.

GROUP COACHING PROCESSA typical program INCLUDES SIX PARTICIPANTS AND LASTS ABOUT SIX MONTHS: four months of group work, and two months of individual coaching to strengthen new habits and sustain progress made in the group portion of the program. This robust process is proven to create a forum where participants have powerful insights, experience growth at an accelerated pace, and gain foundational tools that help them sustain their improvements.

My only complaint about this program is that it ended.
Denise has a way about her that facilitates thoughtful conversation and gives everyone an opportunity to be heard in a safe environment.
I just can’t say enough about this program. It’s one of the best leadership programs I’ve been a part of.
