Low grade LED system ☺
lower system efficacy will result in lower luminance on the road, Impacting visibility and non-compliance to safety standards
More LEDs are needed resulting in higher energy consumption
Competitor LED system ☺ ☺ poor optics resulting in poor light
distribution on the groundMore lighting poles needed and thus higher energy consumption
Philips GreenVision
Xceed ☺ ☺ ☺ enough illuminance, perfect uniformity and minimized glare
Reduce the no. of LED units, reduce pole numbers; Optimized energy saving

•Inner profile curve for maximumspacing between poles
•Outer profile curve to cover higher road widths
Optics integration: Light and energy loss is minimized with intelligent light source arrangement inside the housing.
The distance between the lens and the housing is calculated to ensure no light is blocked by the housing itself.
The distance between each lens is precisely calculated so the lenses do not block each other's light rays.

Excellent Thermal ManagementReliability Ensured with excellent thermal management significantly reduces failures.
Thermal simulation
Philips GreenVision Xceed has been analyzed to optimize heat behavior and deliver excellent system performance.
A CEM3 Printed Circuit Board is used to efficiently remove heat from the LED’s & transfer it to the housing thereby lowering as much as possible LED’s operating temperature.
The CEM3 PCB is mounted on the housing using a highly efficient Thermal Interface Material. The TIM ensures an efficient & robust thermal contact.
Luminaire Housing Thermal Distribution
Painted housing which can enhance radiation by increasing emissivity from 0.2 to 0.8, effectively dissipating an additional 20w of heat.
The housing shell under the circuit board was designed to enhance heat transfer & ensure perfect contact b/w the LED board & housing to maximize heat dissipation.

CityTouch ‐ LightWaveAmpLight
The Philips Outdoor Control system uses the GPRS/3G wireless communications network to connect to the central server or cloud server to enable control and monitoring of the outdoor lights. The AmpLight system controls and monitors groups of light points from the power supply cabinet. Access to the central server or cloud via a web‐based interface enables the user to connect to the system from a control room, laptop, and/or mobile phone. Through a secure connection, the system is accessible from any location and provides a fast assessment of the system’s status, alarms and other events.
