In Shanghai 27th November 2015—27th December 2015What's GPN:

Green Power Now concerns environmental protection and youth capacity. It aims at providing global view for youth, raising their awareness about environmental protection and building their leadership. Students can apply what they learn into practice and spread out green ideas to more people.

We will bring in international volunteers to offer courses and will also organize some environmental activities with corporations, NGOs.

Our Expectation:Influence at least 1000 people. (Both directly and indirectly)Raise high school students' and local people' awareness of environmental protection.

What you are supposed to doWe encourage you to choose 1 or 2 environmental topics that you are interested in or specialize in to prepare.

You will receive training from us OC Team and learn more about current Chinese environmental situation and teaching skills. You and buddies will together design courses and teach high school students (age 15-18) in Shanghai.

We also offer various activities 1)Visit organic farm/botanical garden/factory2)Initiate an environmental protection leadership forum3)"Green"cycling/camping/hiking4)Chinese Culture Exploring
