Good Thing I Had A LED Flashlight

My power went out the other day while I was outside my house at about 1:30 a.m.

I currently do not have a house key because we have a garage door keypad.

Since the power was out, the garage door did not work.

So I was trapped outside my house.

Luckily my dad was just getting up for work.

I called him on his cell phone and he managed to navigate the house in the dark

to open the front door for me.

Once I managed to get into the house, it was very dark you could not see a thing.

My Keychain LED Flashlight

The only light source I had was a small led flashlight that was on my keychain.

It was not that bright, but it was able to light enough to be able to get through my

house.

It is not the brightest light but it somehow did the job.

It was just bright enough to light a small area just in front of me.

I was able to get into the kitchen and put something away and then make my way to

my bedroom.

All because I had a small keychain, led flashlight.

I never thought it would be useful it was just a really cheap thing I had laying around that

I decided to put on my keys one night.

A Keychain LED Flashlight is Cheap

An LED flashlight is fairly cheap nowadays.

They can be bought for as cheap as 50 cents or as much as five dollars for a higher quality

one.

They are very small and portable as well that is made to be attached to a key ring.

Some of them even came with a key ring already attached and because most people

always have their keys with them it is a good thing to use.

Types of LED Flashlights

There are a couple of different kinds of keychain flashlights.

Some of them are battery powered while I have seen a couple that are battery powered

with a solar charger.

This could be useful unless the light is dead and it is dark out.

There are even ones that can be charged with kinetic energy like twisting a knob or

cranking a lever.
