”Get connected”

ACCESS Strășeni

The project “Get connected” is based on the idea of making people interact. Being guided by this principle we used the following method – TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES that enhances the basic qualities of the team, namely - Trust, Communication, Strategy, Co-operation, Commitment, Problem Solving Skills, Teamwork, and many more.

Activity 1: Who Am I?Requires paper and tape. Each person comes up with the

name of a person from their group. Everyone knows that person. He sticks it to another group member's back without letting him see it. Then, each person goes around asking yes/no questions, trying to figure out who he is, which is the name written on his back. To encourage mixing among group members, you can make a rule that you can ask each person a maximum of 3 yes/no questions.

Activity 2: Find your pair !Requires blindfolds and cards. All group

members are divided into pairs and then are blindfolded. Each pair must make the same sound and after that recognize their partner. Winners are those who find their partner in a shorter time.

Activity 3: Let’s be united !Requires paper, markers and tape. Team

members are divided into 2 or 3 subgroups. Each subgroup receives a sheet of paper on which they have to write a word all together. The marker is lined with tape to the hand of each member. No one has the right to touch the marker with his hand but just to handle it using their end of tape.
