Pictures of filming “The Steps” at Tooting Common

All pictures were taken with my camera at our chosen location of filming-Tooting Common. I took many pictures of the location as it was important to see how the location would look when filming. The pictures were taken on Sunday 13 March 2011. In this presentation I have included pictures of the characters and the location. There are many reasons why our group chose the location of Tooting Common. This is because it is a convenient area for our group and the actors to meet for filming, it is well known to many people and the location has a forest look to it which is what the setting should look like. The story is based upon the characters camping therefore the setting was suitable for this purpose.

Instead of blood, we put red food colouring on the character to create a horrific effect. Our film is a psychological horror.
