1. Ensure your Google+ pro!le picture is a good, recognizable headshot.

2. Use the structured data testing tool to verify that Google can extract authorship information from your page.

3. Verify that your Google+ pro!le is set to be visible in search in the Pro!le discovery section.

4. Newly updated content may take some time for authorship information to appear in Google web search results.
