• But we face a question: Is there another approach?

• PLMN customers and services are supported by itsnetwork, namely sites;
• Coverage and services experience needs, demand theconstruction of new sites;
• The process of construction of a new site has been a difficultand time consuming task:– In actual success rate figures, the average cycle is over 2 years (from
site design to site-on-air).*
• But, how can we reduce this time? While reducingOPEX, CAPEX and increase the revenue?
* Considering a set higher than 40 sites, forthe Portuguese business case.
