Learners will:• learn the names of different fruits and vegetables.• learn the names of colours, the months and the seasons and the parts of one type of fruit: the apple.• be able to understand language by using TPR (Total Physical Response - for young learners it is important also to have no verbal communication, but only understanding). See scaffolding for more information.

COGNITIONLearners will be using various Cognitive Skills and will develop both LOTS & HOTS

• Recognizing different type of fruit and vegetables

• Understanding the role of eating fruit and vegetables in a healthy diet

• Recognizing seasonal products• Applying knowledge with personal experience• Investigating features of fruit using the five senses• Comparing some lores in mother tongue and English
